By Ashley Robinson Blakk Tatted, whose legal name is Cardell Bradley, is facing lawsuits from women who allege that he borrowed large amounts of money and failed to repay them as promised. Bradley is known as the founder and chief executive of Blakk Smoke, a hookah and lifestyle brand. He has also received public attention because of his friendship with reality television personality Drew Sidora.
The legal claims involve alleged unpaid loans, promises of repayment and disputes over how Bradley used or managed the money. The allegations have been reported by The Shade Room and other entertainment outlets. They remain allegations, and a court has not made final findings against Bradley.
Claudia Gregory’s alleged $69,000 loan
Claudia Gregory was reportedly the first woman to speak publicly about her dispute with Bradley. She alleges that she loaned him approximately $69,000 after he told her that he needed money to cover payroll and that business funds were temporarily unavailable.
Gregory said she believed Bradley would repay the money after he showed her evidence of a large PayPal balance. According to her account, Bradley claimed that millions of dollars were frozen because of an investigation and that he would be able to repay her once the matter was resolved.
Gregory alleges that Bradley later made repeated promises but returned only small amounts. She said the explanations continued while the debt remained largely unpaid. The dispute affected their personal relationship because Gregory considered Bradley a close friend and viewed him like family.
Bee Marie’s $300,000 claim
Britni Ricard, who is known professionally as Bee Marie and owns COTA Skincare, has also accused Bradley of failing to repay a substantial loan. Her lawsuit reportedly alleges that she gave him $300,000 after he described financial problems and difficulties accessing business funds.
According to the allegations, Bradley repeatedly indicated that repayment was imminent but later cited banking, payment-processing and account-related issues. The complaint claims that he responded with hostility or dismissive messages when Ricard pressed him for repayment.
Ricard further alleges that she later learned Bradley was still collecting money, seeking additional loans and continuing business activities while the debt remained outstanding. She is reportedly seeking more than $1 million in damages, including compensation for financial losses and missed business opportunities. Bradley has not been found liable in this case.
Lala Milan says only $4,000 was returned
Comedian and actress Lala Milan has also filed a lawsuit involving Bradley. According to the reported allegations, Milan transferred $25,250 to him between July and August 2025 after he promised to repay the money by Black Friday of that year.
Milan alleges that the repayment deadline passed without full payment. She claims Bradley gave changing explanations about delays and told her that only a small portion of money held in his PayPal account had been released.
The lawsuit reportedly states that Milan received approximately $4,000, leaving an alleged balance of $21,250. Her claims focus on breach of the repayment agreement and the alleged failure to return funds after repeated assurances.
The connection between the women’s claims
The three women reportedly became aware of one another’s disputes after Gregory and Ricard discussed their experiences publicly. Their accounts contain similar allegations: Bradley allegedly described temporary financial problems, promised that repayment was close and then gave new explanations when the money was requested.
The women claim the money was provided as loans, not gifts. That distinction will be important in court because the plaintiffs may need to prove the existence of repayment agreements, the amount transferred and the terms agreed upon by the parties.
Bank transfers, text messages, written promises, business records and communications about repayment could become important evidence in the lawsuits.
Blakk Tatted’s business and public profile
Bradley has built a public image around Blakk Smoke, which sells hookah-related products and has promoted major sales events. Reports have described the company as highly successful, increasing public interest in the allegations that he needed personal loans and did not repay them.
His connection with Drew Sidora has also brought additional attention. The two have appeared together in reality television coverage, although they have described their relationship as a friendship. The lawsuits are separate from Sidora’s personal life and do not accuse her of wrongdoing.
What happens next
The lawsuits will proceed through the civil court process unless the parties reach settlements. The court may review bank transfers, loan agreements, text messages and testimony from the parties before deciding whether Bradley is legally responsible for repayment or damages.
Bradley may dispute the amounts claimed, argue that the transfers were not loans or challenge the plaintiffs’ interpretation of their communications. Until the courts issue decisions, the accusations should not be treated as proven facts.
